Wings Over San Diego Bay

Every two years, our conventions are held in various cities around the country. In the past few years, we have visited Los Angeles, Nashville, Seattle, Washington DC. This year we are flying to San Diego, California.
Conventions are where we do the “business” of Clipped Wings®, and also renew old flying friendships, old Clipped Wings® friendships, and every year we make new ones. You can participate as much or as little as you want. Business Meetings are open to all registered members.
If you are interested in just the social aspect of convention, there are (4) events planned. See below.
Seaport Village is at the hotel doorstep, as are numerous restaurants. Just a few more steps away is Horton Plaza, which offers everything a shopper might need. Tours abound, the USS Midway is nearby. Bring friends and family – this is truly a unique vacation town and offers something for everyone.
So you will have time to enjoy it all, the convention chairmen have arranged the special hotel price of $175 for three nights before and after convention. If you go online, you will see what a fantastic deal this is, but only good through August 1st. After that, the rooms could be as high as $400.
